The main prerogative of the E-ARC 860 LAB model is the welding of Cellulosic coated electrodes and welding on aluminum. The performance in welding rutile coated electrodes remains excellent, basic and TIG LIFT on various metals: steel, stainless steel, cast iron, etc. The current supplied is 500 Amp in MMA.
The E-ARC 860 LAB is easy to use:
Welding selector: MMA / cellulosic MMA / TIG LIFT.
Adjustable Hot Start: to obtain an optimal arc ignition with each electrode it is possible to adjust the increase of the initial current.
Adjustable Arc Force: to obtain an optimal welding with each electrode it is possible to adjust the temporary increase of the current when the electric arc becomes short.
Anti-sticking: allows you to easily detach the electrode if it remains glued to the piece.
Prepared for use with TIG torches with button to control the gas outlet.

1. Connect the machine to a 230V or 400V three-phase power supply.
2. Attach the electrode holder, earth clamp, or TIG torch (for Lift TIG).
3. Select welding mode: MMA, Cellulosic MMA, or TIG Lift.
4. Adjust welding current (15A – 500A) based on material and electrode.
5. Set Hot Start, Arc Force, and Anti-Stick as required.
6. Strike the arc and perform welding steadily.
7. After use, allow cooling and turn off the machine safely.
