We want you to be fully satisfied with every tool you buy from us. Here's exactly how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at Golden Tools Trading LLC.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Be returned in its original packaging, with no scratches or damage.
  • Have all original tags still attached.
  • Include all accessories and parts, packed and returned together with the item.
Note: Requests made after the 15-day window cannot be accepted, so please check your order as soon as it arrives.

Return Shipping Cost

Defective, damaged, or incorrect item

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Golden Tools Trading LLC will cover the return shipping cost in full.

Customer covers it

Change of mind or wrong order placed

For returns due to a change of mind or an incorrect order placed by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

You can request a return in whichever way is easiest for you β€” through your account on our website, or by contacting our team directly.

Return online via your account

  1. Log in to your account at goldentools.ae.

  2. Go to My Orders and select the item you'd like to return.

  3. Choose Return Item and follow the on-screen instructions.

  4. Once your request is reviewed, we'll confirm approval and next steps in your account and by email.

Return via customer service

  1. Contact our customer service within the return period.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Our team will provide return instructions.

  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  5. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Approval & Verification

Submitting a return request does not guarantee a refund. Every returned item goes through a verification process, and your refund will be approved or declined based on our return policy above.

If a request is declined, the item will need to be collected from the store; it will not be shipped back automatically.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Used products
Products damaged by misuse
Special order or customized products
Items without original packaging
Products marked as non-returnable

Refunds

After the returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

The refund amount will be credited to the account details you provide at the time of the return request. Please double-check these details before submitting β€” if incorrect information is provided, Golden Tools Trading LLC is not responsible for funds sent to the wrong account.
