The P-ARC 525 LAB has a double welding current output: /b> delivers 240 Amps in direct current and 155 Amps in alternating current, for weld electrodes from 1.6 to 5.0 mm in diameter. Welds with rutile and basic coated electrodes on various metals: steel, stainless steel, cast iron, etc. The power supply voltage is single-phase at 230/400 Volt.

1. Connect the machine to a 230V or 400V single-phase power supply.
2. Attach the electrode holder and earth clamp securely to the DX25 terminals.
3. Select AC or DC welding mode depending on the material.
4. Adjust the welding current using the continuous control knob.
5. Insert the appropriate electrode (1.6mm – 5.0mm).
6. Strike the arc and perform welding steadily.
7. Allow the machine to cool after use and switch off safely.
