SINGLE-PHASE INVERTER PLASMA CUTTER FOR MANUAL CUTTING ON MILD STEEL, ALUMINUM AND STAINLESS STEEL.

I-PAC 350 IS DESIGNED FOR SMALL REPAIR AND CONSTRUCTION JOBS.

I-PAC 350 DELIVERS 50 AMP AND HANDLES PLATES UP TO 12MM WITH A QUALITY CUT. IF THERE ARE NO SPECIAL DEMANDS ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE CUT SURFACE, THE SEVERANCE IS UP TO 20MM.

THE SUPPLY VOLTAGE IS SINGLE PHASE AT 230VOLT. CAN BE CONNECTED TO A MOTOR GENERATOR (SEE TECHNICAL DATA TABLE).

THE MACHINE NEEDS 130 LITERS OF COMPRESSED AIR PER MINUTE.

THE PLASMA ARC IS IGNITED AUTOMATICALLY BY THE PILOT ARC. THIS MEANS LONGER SERVICE LIFE OF WEAR PARTS IN THE TORCH BODY.

CUTTING ON PERFORATED PLATES IS POSSIBLE DUE TO THE ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY THAT MAKES THE MACHINE SWITCH BETWEEN CUTTING ARC AND PILOT ARC.

GOUGING FUNCTION: USEFUL TO REMOVE LACK OF FUSION IN WELD SEAM OR TO REMOVE BURRS FROM WELDED PARTS.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT: DE50 TORCH 4M (010830) CENTRAL CONNECTOR, 3 NOZZLES (1 X Ø 0,9MM / 2 X Ø 0,8MM), CABLE WITH GROUND CLAMP (3M), AIR CONNECTION (8/10MM).

About Product

DECA I-PAC 350 Inverter Plasma Cutter – Professional Portable Plasma Cutting Machine

The DECA I-PAC 350 is a professional inverter plasma cutter designed and manufactured in Italy for fast, accurate and clean manual cutting of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Built for repair workshops, fabrication shops, maintenance teams and construction professionals, this lightweight plasma cutter combines portability with powerful cutting performance.

Featuring advanced Pilot Arc technology, the I-PAC 350 automatically ignites the plasma arc without requiring direct contact with the workpiece. This improves cutting efficiency, extends torch consumable life and allows effortless cutting of perforated and mesh materials. The integrated gouging function also enables weld preparation and burr removal, making it an excellent all-round metal cutting solution.

How to Use

  1. Connect the plasma cutter to a suitable single-phase 230V power supply or compatible generator.
  2. Connect clean, dry compressed air and adjust the pressure according to the machine requirements.
  3. Secure the earth clamp firmly to the workpiece.
  4. Install the correct nozzle and ensure the torch is properly connected.
  5. Switch on the machine and verify the power and air pressure indicators.
  6. Position the torch near the material and press the trigger to activate the automatic Pilot Arc.
  7. Move the torch steadily along the cutting line while maintaining a consistent distance from the material.
  8. Allow the cooling fan to continue operating after heavy-duty cutting for optimal component protection.
