The JOB 523 LAB multiprocess inverter welding generator meets professional and specialist welding needs and is guaranteed by the LAB mark of excellence. Designed and built with care at our San Marino factories.
It allows to weld in Synergic MIG / Manual MIG / MMA / TIG Lift with great precision.
The JOB 523 LAB model is specifically designed for the needs of bodywork welding.
The control of the generator is very simple and intuitive. In a few steps you can set up the necessary work. A different welding program is assigned to each of the two torches. In this way the welding machine is ready for use with two different materials: for example, steel and alloy for copper silicon.
Each torch is connected to its own 4 roller wire feed unit, reel for wire spools with a diameter of 200 - 300 mm and up to two different protection gases.
The JOB 523 LAB is extremely flexible and easy to use: in synergic MIG mode over 50 programs are preloaded for welding many metals and alloys such as: steel, stainless steel, aluminum and brazing with copper silicon or copper aluminum wires, etc.
Through the SD card it is always possible to update and add new programs. The microprocessor memory also allows you to save customized programs as well.
JOB 523 LAB can also be used in MMA mode to weld rutile and basic coated electrodes and in TIG Lift mode it is perfect for precision work.
The structure of the generator is designed thinking of the needs of the coachbuilder and is treated in detail such as: support for the various torches, sturdy rubber wheels, etc.
The JOB 523 LAB model delivers 200 Amps in direct current. The power supply voltage is single-phase at 230 Volt.
