The P-ARC 840 LAB delivers 400 Amps of direct current to weld electrodes from 1.6 to 8.0 mm in diameter. Welds with rutile and basic coated electrodes on various metals: steel, stainless steel, cast iron, etc. The power supply voltage is three-phase at 230/400 Volt.

1. Connect the welding machine to a 230V or 400V three-phase power supply.
2. Attach the electrode holder and earth clamp securely to the DX70 terminals.
3. Adjust the welding current using the stepless control knob.
4. Insert the appropriate electrode (2.0mm – 8.0mm).
5. Strike the arc and perform welding steadily.
6. Monitor load and allow cooling intervals if necessary.
7. Switch off the machine safely after completing the task.
