The T-ARC 527 LAB delivers 240 Amps of alternating current to weld electrodes from 1.6 to 5.0 mm in diameter. Welds with rutile coated electrodes on various metals: steel, stainless steel, cast iron, etc. The power supply voltage is single-phase at 230/400 Volt.

1. Connect the welding machine to a 230V or 400V single-phase power supply.
2. Attach the electrode holder and earth clamp securely to the DX25 terminals.
3. Select the appropriate welding current using the stepless control.
4. Insert the correct electrode size (1.6mm – 5.0mm).
